The Zoom Flex Flag Water Ring for use with Zoom Flex Outdoor Flags. Water fillable to add weight when using the Zoom Flex Cross Base or Zoom Flex Flat Steel base.  Recommended for use with medium sized and larger flags when using these bases. Holds up to 1 gallon of water. This ring is warrantied for 1 year and can be used again and again.
